What are Personal Concierge Services?

Golden Touch Concierge (GTC) provides assistance to help you with a variety of daily tasks, so you can have time to enjoy life!  For a couple of hours, or for ongoing support, GTC can help with personal shopping, running errands, even personal styling! We are here to make your life easier.

What are your hours of operation?
  • Service hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm unless previously approved.
  • Any email requests sent after 10:00am will be answered the following business day.
How does pricing for services work?

GTC  offers a-la-carte pricing on an hourly basis, and we also offer monthly subscription for ongoing annual service. We will review your request and detail all pricing options so that you can make the best decision and receive the best value for your money.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, we do offer gift certificates.
Is GTC fully insured?
Yes, we do carry Commercial Liability Insurance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations of concierge services must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to receive a full refund of your deposit/payment. If cancellations are made the day of service, the deposit/payment will be applied to a future concierge service.

If there are excessive cancellations, a deposit/pre-payment of $100 will be required for all concierge services before any service is rendered. No Refunds are given.

Do you have a referral program?

Refer a Friend Program
Refer a friend or family member and receive $20 for each referral. The friend or family member must retain GTC for a minimum of 8 hours of concierge services or senior care.

What is your pricing?

Service packages are available in 3 different levels; 8, 16 & 20 hours or a per hour basis. Clients choose the package that best fits their needs and the service time is deducted from the hours purchased.

Policies:

  • All services must be scheduled 48 hours in advance/ I do try to accommodate emergency requests.
  • Weekend service (on an exception basis) additional $20 per hour.
  • Prices are for services only and do not include the cost of any purchases made by Golden Touch Concierge as part of the service.
  • There is no charge for the first half hour of driving time/mileage may be charged for service provided outside of the standard service area.
  • An email recap of the service provided will be generated within 72 hours.
  • 3 hour minimum for all service engagements.
Why do I need to get a store credit when I create an account?
When you create an account, you get to make your first deposit towards your first purchased service. This speeds up the process for you to start receiving the benefits of our concierge services. After that initial deposit, we will simply invoice you and charge your credit card, so that you don’t have to be bothered with those mundane tasks!
